IP65 Testing
IP65 test is mainly to check the dustproof and waterproof performance of the equipment to ensure that it can operate stably in harsh industrial environments. Through rigorous testing, the dustproof and waterproof performance of the equipment can be ensured, and the stability and service life of the equipment can be improved.
Simulated transport test
The main test is to examine the reliability and stability of the industrial computer in the process of transport, such as vibration, shock and drop and other conditions may be encountered. It eliminates the potential risks of transporting under various conditions and ensures that there are no problems when it reaches the customer.
High and low temperature test
Under the normal operation of industrial computers, the low temperature test is set between – 20℃ and – 40℃, and the high temperature test is between 60℃ and 85℃ for 48 hours of continuous testing. At the end of the test, take out the industrial touch all-in-one computer, check whether the appearance, function, performance, data recording, etc., remain at the normal level.
